It’s just 3 words in a frame in my living room, but every time I look at it, it reminds me to shift my perspective. Remember that the way you look at a situation has a lot of impact on the way you feel about it and deal with it. Gratitude can be found in the worst situations. You just have to want to find it.
When I want to adopt a new way of being, I leave little reminders around my home, so that every time I see them, I bring this attitude into my present. I put this frame out months ago (even though I’ve been practicing gratitude for much longer), and I keep it out because I find it works for me.
