I don’t find xmas a stressful time , well maybe the cooking is a bit stressful for xmas day, but the rest i enjoy, the spirtual part for me is very important and i enjoy going xmas carol concerts in various chuches, also its a time to meet up with friends family work colleagues drink and dance fun time, then come feb and lent is on. but thanks for the tips/
