On Choicefulness

I am so excited to announce the first event of A Life I Choose, “On Choicefulness”. Join me for a casual evening of wine and nibbles, where we’ll discuss how to make choices to improve our quality of life.

Date & Time: 25th November, 5.30 – 8pm.

Place: Lily Agius Gallery, 54 Cathedral Street, Sliema

To be able to live a more fulfilling life, we need to understand how our experiences impact the choices we make. Through understanding ourselves better, our decisions become clearer. I’m looking forward to learning where your curiosities lie with this topic, so on the evening I’ll be eager to explore your viewpoints and answer your questions.

I founded A Life I Choose, because as a psychotherapist, I am passionate about empowering others to live with purpose. I work in private practice with a variety of life-issues such as anxiety, creativity blocks, low mood, relationship issues, infidelity, burn-out, grief, self-harm, and trauma.

The e-ticket price is €18, this includes entry to the event and the option to bring one friend (free of charge). It also includes wine and nibbles. Tickets can be purchased online through Eventbrite.

For more info about this event go to the Facebook event page.

Can’t wait to see you there and to have this enriching conversation with you!

With love,

Emma Hogg, Founder of A Life I Choose

Hi! As it says above, I'm Emma. I’m a psychotherapist who lives, breathes and eats the science of joyfulness, wellness and achievement. All the work I do is fuelled by my deep wish to belong to a world where people actively choose their lives! A person without choice is an unhappy individual. A person who passionately and resiliently lives their purpose experiences joy and fulfilment daily. If you’re like me and you see that the more people are consciously engaging in life, the happier our world will be, then we need you to be a beacon of this message by living it! My blog is one of my ways of creating dialogue with you, so that together, we can have a greater impact on our world. x

How do you feel? x
