In this week’s vlog, you join Pete and I at our first circuit training session! For the longest time, I avoided intense work-outs because I feared they’d send me into a fibro flare-up. After working on my recovery for the past 3 years, I finally feel strong enough to take my fitness to the next level.
In this video, I walk you through my fibro recovery story , with all the components that I addressed so I could recover: the physical, emotional and mental aspects that contribute to the condition. I also speak to you about how I choose my goals and we make a delicious tropical fruits protein smoothie purely because I love food and I’m sure you do too!
